When Cllr Gill Burnet who was Mayor of Newcastle 2022-May 2023 told us we would be her charity whilst she was in office, we were delighted and never expected to receive £3,800 which was to be spent at the retreat, we desperately needed a tractor to help our veterans make the work that needed to be done easier, we were now, able to purchase one, everyone who goes to the Retreat are thankful.
We would like to say a massive thank you for the donation, it was so gratefully received.
