According to research, Tai Chi and Chi Kung benefits all who choose to use these low impact exercise systems to enhance their physical and mental health.
“The gentle movements are ideal for those of us who have limited mobility and pain caused by injury or illness” says Kenn Griffiths who runs classes every week.
I’ve been asked by Werrington Bowls Club to help them raise funds to develop their club facilities so I’m starting a Tuesday morning (8am to 9am weather permitting) group on the Meigh Road Playing Fields. The £3.00 fee will be donated to the Bowls Club.
Other groups run on Thursday’s at Baths Road Centre Buxton (12 until 2) and at The Old Post Office Hanley Stoke on Trent (6pm to 7pm)
